Levee Blend + Slough Blend
Delta Coffee Roasters is the brainchild of Elijah Mesina
(my brother!) who has been in the coffee industry and roasting since 2019. After learning how to roast with a traditional popcorn popper (many beginners start this way), Elijah moved onto to bigger home roaster machines and eventually decided to create a business doing what he loves. He roasts at CoRo in Berkeley, a co-roasting facility and home to many Bay Area Roasters. Elijah sources coffee from importers who work with the farmers directly to bring unique options to different roasters. The classic Levee Blend is a combination of coffees that create a fruity, nutty, and sweet depth of flavor that we use for our Cold Brew. Slough Blend is our resident dark roast that we use on drip coffee daily, it is an overall smoother dark roast and it has a caramel lingering aftertaste. We also carry various single-origin coffee’s ranging light to dark roast, be sure to stop by the shop to check out the variety!
